While we try our best to match the arrangement pictured, we remain dedicated to fresh, high-quality flowers and unique containers. Due to seasonality and availability, we may need to substitute stems to ensure you receive the freshest flowers from our farms and suppliers. In these instances, product of equal or higher value will be used. 

CARE:

We include a packet of flower food and care instructions with each arrangement. Please allow 2-3 days for new buds to open and reach full bloom. 

Arrangements| fill the vase with cool water, replacing any water that may have spilled in transit.
Bouquets| immediately remove any packaging, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, place them in a clean vase with fresh, lukewarm water and add the flower food included with your bouquet. 

Flowers' longevity highly depends on care- seriously!

• Change water daily (yes, it's a lot but please do it)

• Avoid direct sunlight or heat

• Remove any wilting stems 

• (over achievers only) Trimming stems at an angle each day will really help your flowers stay hydrated- promise!
